Quok Labs operates getquok.com, the Quok web app, and the Quok mobile apps under Australian law.

Using Quok

Adults may create accounts and invite family members. You are responsible for your account, your family content, and keeping access to your email and devices secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information your family creates. Quok receives only the limited licence needed to store, process, display, and back up that content for the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, access another family's data, upload malware, infringe rights, or use Quok for unlawful or harmful activity.
