Quok Labs operates getquok.com, the Quok web app, and the Quok mobile apps under Australian law.

How we handle information

Quok collects account details, family content, device information, and support messages only as needed to provide and improve the service. Voluntary Quok News subscriptions are processed by EmailOctopus using double opt-in. We do not sell personal information or use family content to build advertising profiles.

Children and families

Adults create and control Quok accounts. A parent or guardian manages child profiles and can review, edit, or delete their information.

Your choices

You can access or correct your information, delete your account, opt out of usage analytics, and unsubscribe from marketing email without changing service email preferences.
